News:
Finally the problem was solved for Firefox viewer: thx to Lycie Newman from New World Grid, she discovered that when adblock was enabled the pages of Cariama website were missing important elements, especially the menu on the right when logged in. That led to difficulties when trying to browse in the different pages of the website. The problem was related to a html class which was wrongly interpreted by adblock.
All pages of Cariama were corrected although it took some time!
Last week, the Opensim platforms 3rd Rock Grid and New World Grid were tested for deliveries reliability. Unfortunately, it is not so good than in SL. The delivery will work only if the receiver avatar is online in the grid, and it works even better when he/she is in the same sim than the CBox. Therefore, a message is now displayed when finalizing a sale for a product via Cariama Website indicating that the avatar needs to be logged in and present in certain sim:
BEWARE: For Opensim Worlds the delivery will occur ONLY if you are logged in the world and be present in the sim of the CBox. Please log in "World", teleport to "Sim", wait for about 1 minute and ONLY then press the "ok button" below.
Have you set your mature status, if not, it means that you have enabled the anti pop-up in your internet viewer. If so, you can still change your status at the page account->manage->mature button on the right menu.

Wednesday April 14th, 2010, from Noon to 2pm at Cariama Office in Exchange sim (84,210,22), Kay Noble will present Cariama to the community.
New World Grid: For clarification, New World Grid is hold by an association, Virtus, which can not promote transactions involving currencies, therefore all the products for "sale" in this grid are for free: only freebies can be proposed.

New Features:
Shopping Cart: for SL products, it is now possible to group in your shopping cart the different items you want to buy and pay only once like in Amazon.
Changes for clarity: different changes have been made for clarity
- marketplace page: the search button was made clearer,
- top menu: the how to page was removed and can be found in the forum,
- top menu: the advertise button that was proposed on the right menu is now at the top menu.
